Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or money back on all items purchased though our online store, or at one of our stockists.
Received a faulty item?
We are committed to customer satisfaction and really sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or damaged item, please get in touch with our support team here within 5 days of the delivery date. We will will do our best to resolve that matter as quickly as possible.
In the event that you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately with the following information:
• Your order number
• Which item(s) is/ are damaged
• Photographic evidence and description
Please do not send back the damaged goods, unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time. Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot action a replacement.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges for any other reasons.
